Service activation

My number is 9945146215 (Airtel), i got call from 91911400410011 as i attend the call it gets subscribed for talk to me service for which 15 rs deducted for 15 days.

I deactivated and again call comes from the same number automatically its getting activated and money deducted from balance. When i call to customer care number, they told me to deactivate and the problem continues.
