Last 14th Jan, I tried to recharge my airtelmoney account with INR 100, but it got failed and here is the message I got.

Please check your airtel money balance after 15 minutes. If the amount has not been credited, try again. If the amount was debited from your bank account, it will be refunded within 5 working days.

I must say the new application you guys have developed is really sick, "may I help you? " section is a total waste, you can not actually submit a request in raise request section! It doesn't do anything while you click on the Submit button.

Please initiate the refund, please, I guess "5 working days" time is now over.

rechargeitnow.com zindabad, I have always received the topup within 30 seconds after the payment is done. Even sometimes, I get topup message in my mobile seconds before it shows "recharge successful" page in my computer screen!
