Charged inspite of having message booste

My airtel no. is 09566031126.I've been charged for my messages inspite of having message booster (transaction ID 1528635430). If I call customer care no one picks and i've been put on hold, so Ive been charged for trying to complain to customer care too.they are looting money from me in every possible way.
