MY NAME IS K.P.THAMILMARAN AND I HAVE BEEN WITH AIRTEL (AS A CONSUMER) FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS AND I WAS A PREPAID CUSTOMER AND ON 21/03 I HAVE PORT OUTED AIRTEL (USING MNP) AND ONE OF THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES CALLED ME AND REQUESTED ME TO STAY WITH AIRTEL BY GIVING 2 OFFERS

I) I CAN ENJOY TALKING TO LOCAL AIRTEL@20p/min AND OTHERS @40p/min

II) BOTH LOCAL AIRTEL ANRS @30p/min

AND I HAVE OPTED FOR THE FIRST AND HE ASSURED ME OF GIVING THE OFFER BY ACTIVATING THE SAME WITHIN 48HRS BUT WHAT HAPPENED WAS THEY HAD ACTIVATED THE SECOND PLAN.

wHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TRIED THEIR BEST BUT COULDNT SUCCEED AND THEY ASKED ME TO CALL THEIR NODAL OFFICERS@9952434865 FOR RECTIFICATION.EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED CALLS TOTHE NODALS i COULDNT GET PROPER ANSWERS AND ONE OF THE NODAL OFFICERS VERY ROUGHLY TALKED TO ME, AS A CONSUMER WHAT SHOULD i DO FROM HEREON?

I THINK AIRTEL HAS CHEATED ME.i HAVE ALSO FORWARED MY COMPLAINT TO INDIA CONSUMER COMLAINT FORUM.
