Caller tune renewal charges

On 06-04 at 11:09 AM, I received an sms by AD-58888 for renewal of caller tune which will charge Rs. 15/- for 90 days for the same song which was in continuation.

Question is - If a different song is chosen then company can charge the fees but it is charging for the same song which is in continuation since last month. Company is also charging Rs. 30/- as monthly charges except this.

Is it right practice to charge with availing a new service???

Please help in this regard.
