Unneccessary unbilled amount and Wrong verification

1. I took a postpaid airtel sim and didn't use it mostly . after 1 week i checked unbilled amount and it was 646 i was shocked and thought to wait untill i get the bill and next day i got message that my mobile was having roaming services enabled which is actually enabled for all services so that if we get out of maharashtra roaming must be on. but here i never went out of pune but they charged me 646 for roaming services.

2. in same days 1 person came to my house and verified my address and even i recieved message that my address verification is done. but they cancelled outgoing services in my mobile for 10 days, even now my outgoing service is not enabled. I dont know what this guys are making mess with.
