Unwanted sms

Hi Sir,

I already activated DND (Do Not disturb) on my mobile number but i got per day Unwanted sms and call on my mobile number. I know if will call Airtel customer care they don't have solutions regarding this. Mostly customer Executive are not talk in proper way.
