Connection close without any alert

I have a request for my help regarding my mobile service company.

I have Airtel mobile connection which is no. is 09893936524 and i am using it last 4 to 5 years old, i don't have use it last 3 to 4 month BUT continue calling between short uses of this mobile connection. I have recharge my no.by 350 balance to 29-04 but not able to calling.

I have complaint regarding to Airtel office (Sapna Sangeeta) Indore main branch and they asking me that your no. is in deletions process.

I am not getting why they are doing process for my no. in deletions, please help me about that i don't want to close my no. also i want to refund my 350 mobile balance as i have recharge by 29-04.

Please let me know if there is any favor for me.
