Not proper portability

Sir, i was a idea cellular customer, my number is 9092023211.i changed my subsciber from idea to airtel. after one month the service was blocked.i was told to submit the documents .again i got new sim card from airtel to activate the number.after one month again my number was blocked.again i submitted my documents then i got new sim from airtel for my no: like this four times i changed tillnow my problem does not solve .please help me to solve this problem. m.manimaran.9443474274
