Airtel has been harassing me for the last 14 days now on account of document submission. First they deactivated my outgoing calls citing that they didnt receive my documents. (This inspite of handing over the documents twice to the Airtel customer care representative). Then when I mailed them the scanned copy, they reverted the number temporarily. But now they have deactivated the number totally saying that they have still not received the documents. And I have been been expecting some urgent calls on my number today!!
I have never been meted this worse type of a customer service by any company. Is there a way to drag them to court?
