Activated 3G Service unauthorized

Hello,

My name is sudhakar and I have been an Airtel customer from last few years. In my two last month bill I see a huge bill of Rs. 3500 /- for one of the value added service. I was never informed by the customer care that I was entitled for any such services.

When I got a call from the customer care center if I wanted to opt for this service, I very clearly told them I do no want to use this value added 3G service. In-spite of that they have activated this service without my permission and now they have billed me three thousand rupees. This is not acceptable, hence I will not pay them the amount till they sort out this issue and produce the bill as per my usage.

I have sent so many mail to provide me the proper bill, never got response on that, every time customer representative will call and ask us to pay the due bill.

Very poor service beware of airtel in any service.
