Activating vas

Sir, i am immensly dissatisfied with ur service every day when i am recharging 2 vas r automatically activated on my num as soon the rc is done for example the last deduction took place on 14 july for airtel radio sevice and when i spoke to officials they immediately deactivated vas as it was their own fault and now i am getting ms from AI NTAORT that u sucription will get automatically renewed SIR, I DONT KNOW WHICH SERVICE IS IT AND ALSO IT IS NOT BEING DISPLAYED BY DIALLING OR BY SENDIND STOP MY NUM IS 9805817849
