Unwanted SMS frm 55382 thats affecting my balance

I am receiving unwanted sms frm 55382 which is affecting my balance and also disturbing me alot. I have already registered with the DND registry with airtel. I even sent a STOP sms at 55382 but no action has been taken so far. I request that some action be taken immediately to stop these messages so I dont lose on my balance.
