Misguidance in new connection

I was told that in RS998 for 3 years i will get all calls in INDIA @Re1/min.without any extra charges. After giving the payment of the connection now they are demanding a lot for the same facility from the very first call. So i did not make even a single call. I requested them to refund my money and cancel the connection. But after taking the payment they are not showing any interest. Very poor service!
