Refund amount

I had idea post paid connection in Pune (9849988694), I had paid the amount more than 2500 INR,

I was disconnected the connection on 31st October and the communication ID is 33435912,

i was raised many times to idea customer care executive every time the answer was you will get the refund amount in 30 to 60 days, but till now i am getting the

bills from your side with deducting amount, not getting the amount.
