Airtel DTH
WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED

I bought a airtel HD DTH connection directly through airtel on July 10th (customer id 3001647105). I paid an amount of 5200 which included set top box charges 1 year subscription charges 1 yr HD charges which they said was 100 rs. They claimed that they had 4 HD channels available ESPN, star sports, National geographic and discovery channel. However after taking the connection I came to know that there were no HD channels available and moreover they said that they had no idea about the HD charges as there were no channels on hd available. Why did they sell hd connection when there were no channels available? This is clearly cheating.
