Non Installation Of Dth Connection

I have purchased a DTH connection on 25-02 online by making payment from my credit card and I got the SMS that the installation will be done on 26-02, but till today no one from the company contacted me. I tried to call their customer care but the phone was dosconnected on listening the complaint, they dont even replied my Email. Plz help.
