Activation of services without permission and deducting balance for the same

For many times new subscriptions have been started in my no. without my permission and my balance is also deducted for the same. Also for deactivation i have to talk to customer care which is also now chargeable. Now i am fed up with airtel mobile service provider for the same and want some serious action on it for the same.
