Stoping Hello Tune

Sir,

I'm Airtel user since last 6 Year, and i'm using Hello tune services from last 4 year.

My Last Recharge for Hello Tune was 200 Rs at 19/08, which has a validity of 12 Month.

but they stop my Hello tune in 14/01.

and when i try to contact with Customer Care than they Disconnect my Call.

so please Solve my Problem as soon as possible...
