Online amount deducte but 2G GPRS service not activated

Dear Sir,

I am user of Airtel prepaid service no 9998545545.

I have paid Rs/- 98 through online netbanking pay for my 2G GPRS service on date of 10th March but service is not acivated and amount has deducted from my SBI bank A/c.

I have register the complain on Airtel mail id 121@in.airtel.com on 12th March with my SBS bank statement. They have confirmed my that my issue has resolved max by 14th March (in 2days) but still it has not solved.

i also have online payment details as following.
