Mobile Portability issue

Hi i was using airtel number 9960557514 since last 8 years. As i am in field of Adverstizing i was in need of 3G service its was an need of hour for me that why i did Mobile number portability and shifted to TATA DOCOMO which was given the service at that time of 3G. As know Airtel has launched 3G since 3month i am willing to do again mobile portability in AIRTEl as there are much issues with TATA DOCOMO Network. i personally visted all the airtel galleries in PUNE AND NASHIK. but they are saying that the "welcome back sim" are not avaiable. this reason they all galleries are giving to me since last 3 months and still i have not got it. they are ready to convert it POSTPAID BUT are not giving for PREPAID. if they have the sim series for postpaid then why they are not giving for prepaid.
