Airtel land line connection
Surrender of Land line

I have a land line of Airtel- 01145637467 which I have been wanting to surrender. I have shifted my residence in Delhi about 11 months ago & had asked the helpline then (Oct) to disconnect my connection, but Airtel has done nothing on that. Whenever I call them, I am told that some executive will get in touch with me soon & get the disconnection & surrender of telephone done. This has happened on numerous occasions in the past 11 months, but nothing is actually happening on ground. Can Airtel be please be told to do the needful. My contact cell No is 09871096868.
