Documents required

My cell no.is 9810334308 having 8 years old. Now i am getting many message and voice calls requiring my id and photo. I dont know wht is the reason for requiring again the proof. More over iam not getting enough time to submit the same as i am busy with my office job.

i already submited documents 4-5 times, in every after 1-2 years company demamding documents. why this happing time to time, plz tell me on my mail address or postel address given as under:-
