Forced deduction for not requested services

Can you pl advise on Getting forced debit by Air Tel back. Details of subject are below in mail sent to Air Tell "appellate.mah@airtel.in" on 6th March.
I received auto reply of we wil revert in 3 working days, however no action from Air tell is communicated.
Even after sending a reminder only reply is we will revert in 3days.

Dear Sir / Madam
Refer my call to 121 Air Tell heldesk & discussions with person on 06 March.
We faced 2 debits from Air Tel
1. Rs 30 on about 7th Feb for Air Tel Radio Services.
2. Rs 20 on Sony comedy service.
3. I do not know how much deduction is made more than this since Jan
We had never asked for these services & have never confirmed need by SMS or by call by our own to AirTel.
Airtell representative confirmed Rs 20 which was debited is now credited. However other debit of Air Tel Radio or any other cannot be credited as it is more than 24 hours.
Similar problem had happened couple of months back & your representative that time confirmed all such forced services will not be received on my no., do not dial activated.
My complaint
1. Why I have started getting these disturbing mail again
2. I need status of list of deductions for such not required & requested services since 1st jan.
3. I need Refund of all such debits done by Air Tel for AirTel Radio or any other such services. since 1st jan.
It is frustrating to get such unwanted disturbances repeatedly.
Your prompt reply & refund of forced unwanted services can only keep me AirTel Customer in future.
