Disconnected my mobile connection

Airtel disconnected my prepaid connection of mobile no.992985338 without any reason and without any information and forfeit my balance amount of Rs.330/- lying in my prepaid connection. And not ready to refund. And also not ready to activate the same.

I am regularly recharging my mobile for Rs.200/- two times in a year as per their norms.

Please take up the matter with them.
