Service Issue

I have registered for DND service on 24 jan it should activate within 45 days, but after more the 60 days still i'm receiving bloody unwanted advertisement sms, i called up 5-6 time to customer care but no result as yet they just gave me one new complaint ID each time, don't know who is responsible for this if not body is responding...
