Edge connection not working at my home

My Airtel Mobile 9866141851 EDGE connection stopped working at my home location since May (for past 4 months). Repeated requests to Airtel results in futile. Even Airtel Appellete stopped responding to my email requests. This is very frustrating and shows their disability to fix this problem & avoiding customer emails
