Eceiving call from other contery numbe

Dear Sir,

I receive the unknown call from 92-3466798371 and the persone told me that you won the lottery.

and he givin the number (92-3006659716) to make the call for confirmation. when i cut the phone my phone balance is cut Rs.30/-.

I am trying to make the call on 121 to complain but not able to connect the customer care. i have tried more than 25 times.

1. why I pay Rs. 30/- for receiving the uknown calls from Pakistan.

2. This is totely fake.

3. why no easy to complain to customer care.

4. why I receive the call from Pakistan.

Please take the action about this Pakistan number and Airtel custmore care to not receive the call.

I receive the call on 91-9996747003.
