DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Dear Sir / mam'

There is daily deduction Rs 5 from my account of Airtel No. 8894082346 inspite of my subscribing to Voice Cricket Pack. It has been happening for many days and it has happened for the days when my phone was swich off due to my movement to J&K where prepaid phones do not work.

I had complained many a times earlier also and some amount was refunded on request but again the same deduction starts thus embarrassing me and my position.

action may be initiated against the erring company AIRTEL Mobiles soon.
