Deduction of R75 from main balance

I got a message from Airtel that I had Downloaded some Game and Rs 75 has been deducted from my main balance. As a result I called 198 the tollfree complaint number for Airtel. After a long "discussion" they gave away and promised to reimburse the deducted amount back to my number within 4 hours. After some time when i checked my balance i could see that Rs 50 has been returned to my number but still it was Rs 25 less. So I decided to call them back again at 198 but i think they had barred my number and I couldn't contact them back again. I couldn't call 121 either.
