Call Drop, Poor Customer Care

Airtel Mobile - frequent call drops...

Poor Customer Care excecutive... when I called to register a complaint... he did not listen to me and disconnected the call. The least he would do was "hear the customer" and pass on the complaint. Is it time to get an IDEA??? or MTS? or VODAFONE?
