AIRTEL charging money for unknown reasons

I'm using AIRTEL (Bangalore, Karnataka). These guys are charging things unnecessarily. I don't even know the reason why they are charging. I had recharged for a Full TT of Rs.333. After two days, I got a message from AIRTEL stating that "Thanks for downloading 1170 iCoins from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 199[/U]. Enjoy Models Club http://203.115.112.5/SM/[/B]". I din't open any thing from my mobile, I got a BB connection of my own in my home. Airtel is Such a Cheat.

I called to the customer care and asked regarding this. They told that I opened up some link and thats why the money got deducted. I din't open any damn shit links. I even don't have got the browser settings on my mobile for browsing internet. The same problem happened a month back but the money deducted was like around 3 or 6 Rs & so i din't took it seriously. I left that problem without complaining. But this time they have gone too far.

Customer care told that they have registered the complaint and gave the ref.0717232317 and told that they will call within 20th of this month & if the problem is on their side they will refund the amount. How will they accept that the problem is on their side. They keep on saying that I have clicked the link and thats why it got deducted.
