I have made complaint for wrongly deduction for Caller Tunes Dt. 25-10 for 5 times through cosumercomplaint.com but you did not respond. Because my Customer care 121 is blocked by you.
This is 5th time you have deducted my balance wrongly.
Therefore I take decision for stop the uses of your services.
My nearest retailer giving not suffecient answer for surrender of Sim.
So I request you Please tell me the Procedure for Surrender of Sim.
