Airtel is taking money from my balence without asking me

Sir,
Am anilkumar kv, an airtel sim holder for more than 2 year. Am using my no. 9895183990. Nowadays they (airtel) are simply activating hellotunes, cricket score update services, jokes services to my no. & taking money from my account without my knowledge. Twice i complainted the customer service centre and got my money back telling that they will not make such a mistake in future. But still they are activating some services to my no. without asking permission from me & withdrawing money from my account. Am a postgraduate degree holder. I can complaint to custemer service centre & can get my money back. Even my case is so then what about for the poor & uneducated customer of airtel. Please take this complaint seriously and solve it for me and our fellowbeings.
