Network issue and Sharing of Personal Details

I am Anand being complaning about my network problem, bill usage high which is not used, sharing of personal information, giving false call to my call list. This is happening from all most 2years and bearing with them and fighting for the problem resolution which is not happening but their concern is only payment thats all.

Every time a new person speaks aand their ends and next time new one speaks again.

Can any one help me to solve or how to go about this problem. I have each and eevry mail documented and most of the calls recorded.
