Network connectivity Problem

I live in Ddefence Colony, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. From Last One year or so i am registering complaints reagding connectivity (network problem) in this area. Every time i get a reply saying that technical dept will get get back to you with in 2 to 3 weeks time.

Our Mobiles work in some rooms of the apartment and does not casth sighnals in other roon of the same apartment. Singnals are not very clear when 2 individuals are talking from diffrenet floors of the same building. One has to come out in the open area to have a free talk.

The Mobiles go out of Network coverage area in the Cellar Parking placew or even in the Lifts, But other Service providr like Relience is working very fine.

Why only AIrtel has a Problem? Infact most of the Airtel recharge card resellars are promoting the customers to by other than Airtel since it's has problems in Sainikputi area.

Hopeing that the problem would be solved shortly.
