Improper services

I have been using airtel since 2yrs day by day its problems are increasing. in the starting airtel used to start any kind of services by itself and charged for the same. regularly i had to call customer care for the same. Since last few months there is a network problem. either there is no network or my cell says switched off when it is on. Even during the calls the call gets disconnected by itself. When i am having balance in my a/c sometimes it says no balance which creates problem for me in case of emergency. My tired of facing all these problems and am highly dissatisfied with Airtel service provider. It claims itself to be the best however me it is not even good.

I think you really work upon airtel services, network connectivity etc
