Wrong SMS for documents

I bought one pre-paid connection from Airtel Outlet located at Koramangala, Bangalore. After a week I received one SMS saying that the documents submitted were wrong. When I visited the outlet, the person who sold me the connection told me that we have not issued this number from this office. After showing her SMS and convincing her for 5 minutes, she told me that my documents were wrong. When I asked what was wrong, she was not able to tell me and asked me to come again after 2-3 days. No senior officer was available to listen me. She told me we have a lot of customers so can't pay much attention for me.

Also, I purchased STD pack of Rs.89 for making calls across India @Rs.1 and got talktime instead of STD facility. After asking she told me that there was technical problem on that day and denied to do anything.

She was just reacting like I have done some crime.
