Cancellation not processed

Cancellation not processed despite several mails to 121@airtel.in. Everytime i receive a standard answer that your request will be processed in next 24 hrs.

I want to cancel my no. 08800372288, given cancellation request several times but what i am seeing they are keep on generating bill despite regular reminder to airtel on 121@airtel.in.

I don't know reason and feeling harashed. I have cleared all outstanding. I am not owning anything than why?
