Issue related to Caller Tune

I have complaint in airtel three times complaint numbers are:-

32534856 Hello Tune - First (Not Solved)

707201013911 Hello Tune - Second (Not Solved)

I have registered my Issue Related to Hello Tune that is " I have chosen a Hello Tune on 01st-June - code from official site- http://www.airtel.in, Hello Tune - Aye Meri Zindagi (Male Voice), It has been set on my no - 91-9971508802, but on http://www.airtel.in, it is displaying Aye Meri Zindagi (Male Voice),

but actually it is in female voice, i have called first time to mr. Amit Kumar and he says that it is in Male voice, i told that ya it is diaplaying the header in male voice but actually the containt is in Fe-Male Voice.

after that date i have called in airtel 5 times, every time with some assurance, excutives get rids from this issue. Today i again call then person transfers my call to technical department to Ms. Renu, she have checked and have updated some this. a SMS from 6782 came on my no that you have been

charged Rs. 15 for song selection.

i do'nt know what is internally going on but still when some one calling

me, he/ she is not listing my right choice.

I am requesting you that Please-Please-Please note my query and solve it

ASAP.
