DO NOT DISTURB

My mobile no is 9903988053.I have registered my DO NOT DISTURB facility on 11.05.10 and the reference no. is S1017981319.The customercare people said that this will be activated within 45 days. But it didn't. Then I have called again the call centre and they have given me the reference no -33059124.But still I am receiving lots of SMS and promotional calls from the various sector. I am very much angry with this improffesional activity.
