Abnormal billing to mobile no 9611126770

Dear Sir,

We have post paid mobile connection bearing mobile no 9611126770 to our Executive of KVG Bank - Dharwad - Karnataka. Last week our Executive was on official tour to Malyasia for 6 days. During his tour he has hardly contacted 8 to 10 times to the nos at INDIA. We have received messages stating the bill amount is Rs 41600/- which is abnormally very high. After contacting to local authorised service providers at Dharwad there is no proper response. They direct us to get information through customer care. At customer care the person attending the calls change frequently & suggest to wait for some time. We are facing difficulty to contact the right person an solve the issue.
