Egarding non availabiulity of outgoing facility

Dear sir,

My post paid no is not having outgoing facility from 29/12 at abt 12PM. I have tried to contact on customer care and talked to Mr Abhimanu but twicely but he was unable to solve the problem. It will be better to say that he even not tried to do something regarging this. Today also I tried to contact on Noday officer/Appleate office no at 10AM but both disconnect my call. I feel there is no ssyetm in Airtel. If any then prove. I may be the first customer when number portibality will active. An amt of Rs 1000/- is deposited on 26/12 by receipt no 403123 at UWBF 149 centre Moradabad. One more thing I am not receiving ur bill and I also requeted to send ur representative to collect payment at my office DIO, NIC Collectorate Moradabad but no action.
