Deduction in balance

Hi,

My name is Praveen mobile number 9740284179,

On 06-Apr from around 7pm to 9 pm 40 Rs got deducted from my balance, which i could evidently see getting deducted every 2-3 minutes, i immediately called 198 and asked the customer care guy, he listened to my problem and asked me hold the line while he investigates, after sometime he disconnected the call without even saying any response. Now after that i called 198 so many time, everytime it will ask to press options 1, 2, 4... no matter what u press it will tell me to dial *121# and gets disconnected.

Is there anyone out there who can help me out and tell me whats the rational in my balance deduction.
