Not received my isd talktime of 225 rupees till now

Dear sir,

my name is achla singh n i use ur company airtel prepaid card. i have recharged my prepaid with Rs 225 isd low rates voucher but have not still got my balance. i have registered the complaint with customer care so many times but nothing has happened. my complaint no. is 3010227330200. i want my isd balance. its more than 2 weeks now but nothing has happened.
