Hi,

My prepaid number is 9892363779.

I have been deducted 10 Rs every ten days, 4 times for Baba Ramdev health pack, which i have NEVER subscribed. once in 10 days i get the message "your subscription to India Tv baba ramdev health pack will get renewed in 3 days and you will be charded Rs 10. To deactivate dial 505484884". Every time i dial 505484884 for deactivating i get the message "Maaf kijiye hame aapki baat samaj nahi aayi". unable to reach cust service.

I had put this complaint on this forum and now they have unsubscribed me, but what about the loss of 40 Rs??? THEY DO NOT CREDIT THE MONEY BACK. MAKING MONEY BY CHEATING CUSTOMERS!!! STAY AWAY FROM AIRTEL
