Deactivation of NOP

Sir,

I had subscribed to airtel NOP (for internet browsing) service 2 years ago, for which i was charged RS1.50 per day. But i have been trying to deactivate this service for almost 6 months now. The customer care people tell to send some message, but it just does not work.

I don't use the internet anymore but still they deduct money every week. It's really frustrating and i am sometimes left with negative balance and can't make a call.
