Dissconnection of missed call alerts

My airtel prepaid connection number is 9871385848 . i had never opt missed call alert facility from you but delibratly your company provide me this facility on 9th of july and deducted Rs. 15.00 frm my balance . i had contacted on your customer care services 121 on 10th july' 2010 and had a converse with your representative Mr. VARUN to disscontinue this facility and return my deducted amount but no action has taken in my favour yet . kindly do the needful immedeatly.
