Network issue

I am having serious network issues with my airtel prepaid, mobile number 9633808789. I have made lot of complaints regarding this to the customer care. Each time they are saying they have forwarded the complaint and immediate action will be taken, but the problem still exists and they are giving me no respone regarding this. Each time I am complaining again and they are giving the same reply. I am really fed up of this. I am having lot of problem due to this issue. Please let me know where I have to complaint to get a permenant solution for my problem. I am really fed up of complaining to the customer care since I am not getting the proper response.
