Deduction of balance without any reason

This is complaint regarding the deduction of balance twice and the customer care center unable to give any reason for same.
The amount once deducted was Rs. 99/- on 18th January for which they said I have used airtel live, which I have never used. Second deduction was on 24th January of amount Rs. 34/- for which the customer care center have no record as their server is down and he replied bluntly to me to call after 4 hours only.
For every query/complaint on customer care they charge us Rs. 0.50/- for every 3 minutes while we have to wait for at least 3-4 minutes to speak to them. Then they make us hold for 1-2 minute for checking the status regarding our query.
Hope to have some solution and reversing of my deduction...
